Series of macro photos I took the week after leaving my fiancé, back in July 2009.

I kind of abandoned digital art for a while, seeking the "purity" of photography.

I don't mind the visible seams or the David Hockney-style edges. I think it plays into the fact that at the time I felt there was nothing else out there.
