Description
I explored the cupcake frosting with my hypersensitive tongue, each sprinkle a burst of color to my unsuspecting mind.  I explored the frosting with my tongue, because my fingers still had superglue on them.  I explored the frosting while my mind filled with images of broken instruments, swirling notes, wishing patterns, and the color of frosting sprinkles.
My tongue danced along the frosting and devoured every grain of sugar, one by one, until all that remained was the cupcake.

My teeth explored the cupcake, ever crevice, every ridge in the soft, chocolate bread.  They found freedom and gold in the cupcake.  Stark white against dark brown must have been a sight to see, but when I tried to look, the cupcake was already in my mouth.  My mouth could explore the taste that reverberated across my palate and back to my tonsils, which I never got removed but feared I someday might have to.  As the taste bounced around, it wondered what the point of tonsils is, as I surely didn’t know.
My teeth explored the cupcake and my mouth explored the taste until there was nothing left, and all that remained was the plate.

My fingers explored the plate, clean save only a few brown crumbs that decorated black ceramic, giving spots to a striped surface.  The stripes were indented in the plate.  As my fingers explored the plate, the clay crumbled to dust, until all that remained was stark nothingness.
