Description This is a story of five people.
A princess, her servant, a prince, his love, and a maiden.
Most would not have crossed paths if not for an unfortunate event.

Part 1 - The Daughter of Evil

"Ohohoho--
So, shall we start?

There was once upon a time in another place
An evil kingdom who no person dared to face
And the ruler was a girl so mean
A tiny little princess of only age fourteen!

So many furnitures littered her abode
Her loyal servant who's likeness surely showed
Josephine was what her horse was named
All the riches of the world is what she had claimed."

The princess was a selfish girl named, Utau Tsukiyomi. She was the ruler of the Yellow Land at only fourteen, for her parents had vanished year past. She owned a large castle and used the money of the peasants to build her desires. The only one who was ever close to this evil girl was her servant, who was also her twin brother.

"Oh look, it is tea time." The princess remarked as she glanced at her beautifully hand crafted clock, which read 3 o'clock. "Servant, bring me my tea."
A young man soon came through the doors to her chambers and carried a silver tray with a silver tea pot, tea cup and an array of snacks. "Here, your majesty, today we are having sugar cakes."
Though this girl was evil, her face sometimes broke into a small smile just for her brother. "Thank you."

Later that day the princess sat upon her throne as her brother read her daily duties for the next day.
"Cancel the talk with the village peasants. Send one of my guards to," An evil smile crawled upon her face, "'discuss' the arrangement with them."
"Y-Yes, your majesty." He replied, with that he bowed and left the room to deliver the request to the princess' guard.
The girl stood up from her velvet throne and went to the mirror to brush her silky blonde hair. Her hairbrush was made of the finest oak wood and adorned in shiny rubies. With each stroke she removed the tangles and her hair became as beautiful as the violet eyes below them. She shared the same eyes as her brother, but her were darkened by the evil that had consumed her from a young age. Her lips were thin but the color of a red rose, she did not need to make up her face, but found it necessary. For she was the princess, she had to be beautiful.

The day after that the princess took the time that had previously been set to visit the village peasants and walked in her flower garden. For an evil girl, she adored her flowers. Hundreds of roses surrounded her in an array of colors, but her favorite flower was the yellow rose. A rare, yet lovely, flower that had been the first color to enter her garden when it was first made. Yellow. The color of her and the name of her land. Not quite gold, but not as low as bronze. Perfect for her, only she wanted more. Yellow would stay her favorite, but she wanted gold. She wanted power; to be on top. To rule her land without any resistance. Not too long ago a man was killed on the spot for mutiny against her. Plans to overrun her and kill her. None of this bothered her though; she was always guarded by her servants and protected by a brick wall. She was as protected and untouchable as the yellow rose, and guarded by thorns to stop pests from reaching her. And that was just how she liked it.

When her brother returned he brought news of another rebel amongst the village peasants and that two were killed. The princess did not mind though, she merely said, "Oh? Good for them, mutiny against their princess is unforgivable."
"Yes, your majesty." He replied.
"Servant, I am feeling a bit hungry. Fetch me a snack, I will be in the garden." She said as she walked out the doors.
"Yes, your majesty."
She again traveled to her garden of beauty and plucked a single yellow rose from the ground.

"Evil flowers
Steadily bloom
With an array of colourful doom
But the weeds who feel that they want to stay
They'll just die and and feed me the same anyway."

When her servant came she was too absorbed in her garden to notice.
"Your majesty?" He asked politely.
"Hmm? Oh, did you bring me my snacks?" She asked, getting up from the flowers.
"Of course, your majesty. Today we are having strawberry crepes." He informed her.
"Strawberry?"
"Yes, is that a problem?"
"I hate strawberries."

Part 2 -The Daughter of Green

At that same time a young girl, age of 13, was preparing to meet her father. She was a young maiden from the Green Land, her father was the ruler of Green Land, and so she would technically be the princess. Only the Green Land was a small town and was barely on the map as it was, therefore she was never treated special. Her name was Amu Hinamori.
She brushed her short strawberry colored hair with a simple brush and watched as her bangs fell over her sparkling honey eyes. She was considered different because of her hair, no one in her town had pink hair. The daughter of Green Land's ruler was hoped to have green hair, to symbolize the town, for many people possessed this emerald hair. Even her father had hoped different, but he never talked about it much. In fact, he never talked to his daughter much at all. Her mother stayed a distance from her also.
After brushing her hair the young girl went out to meet her father in the town center.

""I have heard the princess of yellow is utterly infatuated with the prince of blue..."
"You know now....?"
"Yes, father....""

After a talk with her father she had learned more of the evil princess of Yellow Land. Princess Utau had fallen in love with the Prince of Blue Land, and her parents had instructed her something she had never guessed. She was to make the prince fall in love with her, in order to keep the peace between the lands. By making the prince fall for her, Amu would be able to help the Green Land and the Blue Land come together and unite. Making it impossible for Yellow to destroy them.
This was not an easy task, for she was simply a simple girl, not a princess as Yellow was. But she was determined to do this, not for herself but for her father and for Green Land.

The next day her father sent her to Blue Land to 'accidentally' bump into the prince and make it seem a coincidence. To cross over to Blue Land she would have to cross the dreaded Yellow Land, so she kept her dark cape snuggly around her to shield her face as she crossed the border. On her way she saw a stray yellow rose growing on the side of the road. "A rose…?"

"Evil flower
Blooms dainty
With made-up colorations.
For pitiful ambitions around,
Oh, decaying off becoming a cornerstone."

When she had arrived in Blue Land she saw the prince walking through the streets. He was not greeted by many but was treated as a regular person among regular people. For he was not wearing his fancy clothing, but she was able to tell it was him. Accidental meeting…she reminded herself. So then she slowly made her way across the lot to the Prince of Blue Land.

Part 3 - Prince of Blue

A young man, age 16, walked through the streets of his land as he would have any other day in his life. His brown hair falling messily over his soft green eyes in a way that made him brush them out of the way so he could see. He was, in fact, the prince of this land, the Prince of Blue Land. His name was Kukia Sohma. He was out for a stroll with no where in particular to go, but felt as if something was urging him to move forward.
With each step he felt as if what was pulling him forward tightened. Step by step he walked through the crowded lot unaware of the fate that was being played out. Suddenly he felt someone bump into him.
"Ah~!" The voice cried as the figure owning it started to fall.
He instinctively retched out to catch the person and was able to stop them from hitting the ground. "I'm sorry." He said quickly as the figure looked up at him. Golden eyes stared at him from under the dark cape and he felt himself blush as the figure took off her hood.
"It's fine." The girl replied. "Oh, it's nice to meet you."
She smiled and gently put out her small hand. He nodded and replied with a, "It's nice to meet you too." and shook her hand.
From just that, he felt himself becoming attached to this simple, but enchanting girl.

Each night the two snuck out to meet each other between the borders of Green Land and Blue Land. But between these lands, if you haven't forgotten, is Yellow Land, where the evil princess lives. She watched from her window as the two met and was very displeased.

"The lonely prince goes out in secret
to the castle town of the neighbouring country
As for the woman of green
knows the prince's things

A certain alley, a quirk of fate
Mischief (mischief), the cover, encounter
They fell in love suddenly
A vain love, different in social position"

The morning after the prince returned from one of his meetings with the maiden, Amu from Green Land, he found one of his servants standing in front of the doors he used to sneak out every night.
"Prince….Where have you been?" The servant asked.
"No where." The prince replied as he snuck behind him and went inside.
"You were with that girl again, weren't you?"
"Well…"
"Prince, there are many wonderful girls of Blue Land who would be honored if you would-"
"No, they've had their chance. None of them…caught my attention like she did…" He sighed dreamily.
"She…Prince, I am sorry, but I must forbid this!" The servant said.
"What!?" He cried. "Wh-Why?!"
"That girl is not from the same place as us, she is nothing but a peasant, Prince. You and she could never-"
"No!" He yelled. This girl was one who had finally caught his attention. The one girl who actually meant something to him. All of the other girls were missing what she had. Her spirit was nothing like the prince had ever seen. He loved her. And he was sure she loved him. But sadly, he was wrong.

Part 4 - The Servant of Evil

"Servant, bring me something to eat. It is tea time." The princess of Yellow called.
"Yes, your majesty." A young man replied, age 14, he picked up a silver tray to bring to his sister. As he picked up the delicate cookies his dark blue hair fell over his face, which his eyes matched with a similar violet, which both he and his sister shared. "Here, are your snacks. Today we are having vanilla swirl cookies." He said as he set the full tray in front of his twin master.
At first glance anyone would be able to see the similarities among the twins, the only differences between them were their hair color and their gender. Other than that, they were mostly the same. The younger twin was named Ikuto Tsukiyomi. And the one thing that kept him with his evil sister at all times was one thing, love. He loved his sister dearly.

"You are my lady
I am your servant.
Destiny divided pitiful twins.
If it's to protect you, I'll become evil for you."

Since their childhood the twins were treated harshly by their stepfather and received little comfort from their frail mother. Their real father had left them and their mother was forced to remarry or would loose the position of power of Yellow Land. The marriage was heard all over the land, but was not celebrated by the villagers. A year before the year present their parents had mysteriously vanished, leaving nothing behind but the crown of Yellow Land. Since Utau was the older twin she was the one to inherit the throne, female or not. Ikuto could never forget how fragile his sister was when they were children and vowed to always protect her, even at the cost of his own life. He would do anything for her.

"Fetch me some spice tea from the outer part of Yellow Land, right along the Border of Blue Land." The princess instructed.
"Yes, your majesty." He replied.
Grabbing a long cape, he headed for the outer part of Yellow Land to get his sister's spice tea. When he got there what he found was not what he had been sent for. A young girl stood by the food seller, a girl with soft pink hair and honey colored eyes. He had never seen her around here before, she was different, she was beautiful. The servant felt his heart beat oddly at the sight of this girl and his cheeks hint with blush as she looked his way. A polite small lit her face and a simple, "Hello." escaped her small lips.
He opened his mouth but no words would come forth. This girl was like no one he had ever met. She was someone who had his heart skip. She was the most beautiful village girl he had ever seen. She was…taken.
A brown haired boy walked up beside her and she turned to him with a bigger smile. But this smile was fake. Even he could see that, the girl was not happy with him, the brown haired boy who stood beside her. The boy gave a small nod to him and he and the girl walked towards the Blue Land border. With a quick glance back the girl assured the servant that he would see her again. Soon.

When he returned to the castle it was late, so he was quiet as he put away the spice tea and went up to bed. He would always remember that night. That was the night he met her. And it was love at first sight.

Somehow the two had been able to meet again as Utau sent Ikuto on more errands for more items. He had learned the girl's name was Amu Hinamori and she was from Green Land. He even knew that she was pretending to love the prince to marry him and unite her Green Land with his Blue Land. They spent nights together as the Prince of Blue was banned from seeing her again. Though, sometimes the prince was able to get away and Amu had to meet with him. Though, both she and the servant knew, her heart did not belong to Kukia, but to Ikuto.

After going to fetch the princess' raspberry tea the servant was called by his sister.
"Servant, I need your assistance with something." The princess said.
"Yes, your majesty?" He asked, setting the raspberry tea aside.
She looked to her left, then to her right before motioning him forward. He walked up to her and she started to speak. "Dear servant, I am in the middle of a heartbreak and require something."
"Anything." He replied, unsure of what his sister wanted.
She leaned down and whispered in his ear one thing he never thought he would hear; "I wish for the Green Land girl to be gone. The Land of Green will pay for this. Make sure of it."

"When I visited the neighboring country.
I happened to see a green girl walking in the city
With her kind voice and smiling face
I fell in love at first sight.
But if the princess wishes to that girl die.
I will answer that.
I wonder why my tears won't stop..."

One night the servant snuck out of the castle and headed to the outer part of Yellow Land. There, he saw Amu, the girl of Green Land. "Amu…I…We…can't meet anymore because-"
Her finger came up to his lips and silenced him. "I think I already know."
"So…tomorrow…." He said sadly.
"Tomorrow." She affirmed.

When tomorrow came the clouds hung low in the sky as if you could touch them when standing high enough. The depressing atmosphere gave way to a depressing day as the servant made his way to Green Land. This time would be the last. When he arrived at her house a shadow moved from inside the window, and a small voice said, "Come in."
He slowly entered the house clutching his dagger in his gloved hands.
"Welcome." The girl smiled warmly. "I wish your visit was not under these circumstances…"
"I do too." He replied.
"Never the less, I am glad you came."
"I…Must do as my master says."
"I know."
She walked down the stairway and met him at the end. "Shall we?"
He could not reply and simply nodded. He removed the protective cover of the dagger and held the pointed end to her. His hands shook as he neared her heart, the only thing keeping her alive. She smiled sadly and wrapped her small hands around his. With one swift movement the dagger plunged into the girl's heart. The servant's silent gasp soon gave way to his eyes brimming with tears.
Even in her last hour the girl gave her love one last smile before saying, "Thank you."

He allowed a single tear to run down his cheek as he left the girl's house, her corpse lying peacefully with a single yellow rose beside it.
He knew this would not turn out well, but whatever the price, he would protect his sister.

"Before long, the angry townspeople will probably overthrow us.
Even if we so rightly deserve this,
Despite that, I will still defy them
"Here, I will lend you my clothes."
"Wear this and escape immediately."
"It'll be alright, we are twins , no one will notice.""

Part 5 - The Daughter of Vengeance

A young girl sat at her window and watched as the clouds had slowly started to fade into white to match the sky once again. But the return of light did not please her, nothing did. For she was mourning the loss of her lover, Nagihiko Fujisaki. Only days ago, it seemed, she had received word of her lover dying in the short lived battle against Yellow Land. With him gone, she seen no reason for her to get up from this spot. Her pale blonde hair had not been brushed, her pink lips were chapped and her gold eyes lost their sparkle. Her name was Rima Mashiro, age 14, and she lived alone in Red Land. Red Land was a small village where everybody knew everybody. So when her lover died, everybody mourned with her. Not only was it that her lover died that made her alone, her parents were killed two years ago by the Yellow Land army, the same ones who took Nagihiko from her, took her parents. So she now lived alone.

The next day the village was flooding with news from Green Land about the daughter of the leader being killed.
"What?"
She ran to into the crowd and was able to read the poster hung by the village shop. It read,
'Just yesterday the daughter, Amu Hinamori was found lying dead in her own house at 3'o clock. A yellow rose beside her body makes us wonder, was it the princess of Yellow's orders to have her killed?'
She gasped and was soon pushed to the back of the group by troubled people. "Amu…is dead?"
Suddenly the distant sound of horse hooves pounding the ground made the people aware of a visitor. As the house drew closer a flashing blue cape shown brightly against the brown horse the rider rode.
"That's…" The girl started.
The horse came to a stop in front of her and the Prince of Blue Land jumped off. "Rima," He started. "my fiancé has been killed by order of Utau."
"So it is true…."
"Yes. She-She's dead!" He cried.
That was it, she couldn't take anymore. Too many people had been stolen from her. Even if she barely knew Amu or Kukia, she couldn't take it.

"Evil flower,
I'll scatter you someday
With the sword of vengeance
Weeds walken all over have
Ahh... have heart too, I'll show you that
The tyrant princess had fell in love and
Lost her last reason
And by the order of the princess
The daughter of green was killed"

"Kukia, I'm going to storm the princess's castle, are you coming?" She asked.
"Of course." He replied.

With the sword of her passed father she readied herself for the final battle. It was all or nothing, and with the help of Green, Blue and Red Land's people they were sure to win.

The people all gathered at the border of Yellow Land and prepared for the worst.
"Charge!" She shouted, and everyone shouted as they crossed the border and started fighting the princess's guards. The castle was in sight and approaching fast as they ran. The army of villagers was lead only by Rima and Kukia, but at that point, no one cared who lead. Only who helped shed yellow blood.
The castle was now touchable and the people were able to break open the wooden doors and storm the castle in search of the evil girl.

In an empty room sat a beautifully evil girl. Her maids, servants and guards had abandoned her, all except her twin, who stood at her side while she sat on the throne. The village maiden was the second to approach her, first was a person from her land with a sword in his hand. The sword was put to the princess's throat but she only smiled evilly, "You disrespectful man."
The maiden watched as the princess did nothing to fight back.

"Finally reinforcement too had arrived
The time to announce the end is now
Bearing people's voices on her back
She runs up to the throne
"...why?""

The princess was captured, but her brother left alone, for he was not the evil here. He was only controlled by her, is what the village decided, so he was spared from Utau's fate.
The princess was sentenced to die at 3 o'clock in front of all the lands. She was to be beheaded by then and not a second later.

The princess was locked in her own dungeon as the clock read '2:47'. The maiden watched as Ikuto requested to see his sister one last time. The guard finally agreed and she watched as the two talked, but thought it rude to stare and turned away. Moments later the brother walked out of the cell, but looked shorter than before he entered. She narrowed her eyes at the twin and he shrunk slightly under her piercing gaze. "That's not…"

When the clock was minutes away from three the princess was roughly brought out to the center of her Yellow Land, where hundreds of people awaited her arrival. The stand in the center was where the beheading would be, it held a tall wooden post-like rail with a long sharp blade in the middle. With a simple pull of a rope the blade would be released and the place where her head would rest would be split down the middle.
The town clock ticked until one minutes stood between the princess and her death.
The maiden glanced over the crowd and spied the servant/twin of the evil girl. She was right, that was not the servant, and the person standing on the stand was not the princess, it was the servant.
The bell sounded at that moment and the guards pushed the 'princess's' head into the groove of the wood.

Both twins opened their mouths and spoke, "Oh, it's tea time."

Swish

And the servant died instantly.

And the princess shed a tear for her brother.

The maiden moved further into the crowd until she seen the Prince of Blue. She walked over to him and looked him in the eyes. "Prince," She started. "We have killed the wrong twin."

The twins, even though different in some ways, had managed to switch places. The brother had brought a blonde wig to his sister's cell and they changed clothes so no one would know but them. Ikuto Tsukiyomi was dead protecting his sister, Utau Tsukiyomi lived but regret filled her cold heart. She slipped away from the crowd and was never seen again.

Not long after the servant's death the Prince of Blue realized one sad truth, he could not live without his love. But she was dead, what was he to do? To be with the one he loved, but who secretly did not love him back, he killed himself.

Daughter of Evil,

"Evil flowers
Steadily bloom
With an array of colourful doom
Now the people speak of her without a second thought
That daughter of evil had recieved what she sought."

Daughter of Green,

"From the time I was born, just for that
Plot have I lived.
Finally the finish off.
I wanted HIM to kill me.
The plot altered was
My selfish-necessary.
"Ah... I'm sorry..."
Evil flower
Scatters dainty
In vivid coloration.
The people of latter-day does not know,
Ah, a town girl who had became the sacrifice."

Prince of Blue,

"Night flower blooms suspiciously
with sad colouration
That the flower bud of green which loves (whether)
Ah, cannot be touched, the corpse"

Servant of Evil,

"I am a lady
You are a fugitive.
Destiny divided sad twins.
If you are proclaimed as evil, then I also have the same evil blood running through these veins."

Daughter of Vengeance,

"Evil flower,
To where do you disappear?
Bearing other half's death...
Even if I am called "hero(ine)" after days,
Ahh, I am after all the daughter of *vengeance(evil) too "
