I felt like drawing something easy and quick (since I'm still kinda sick) and Pachirisu came into mind. I just love how adorable this little one is and I also love it's shiny/alt color! (mainly cause it's pink) :3It has also won the "2014 Pokemon Championship". (this one is bulky guys!) XD
This drawing took less than 30 mins to draw.

Pretty sure I saw this two characters as marshmallows before. Kinda like those marshmallow peeps they sell in Japan.

Really? Also I wouldn’t be surprised if there are poke-marshmallows in Japan, they have all the goodies. I’ve eaten one of their sweets before and it was amazing. >w<

Meanwhile here in Mexico we are proud makers of bootleg stuff (not as much as China but still big enough).
I once had Mario-themed marshmallows (stars, mushrooms, hats with the letter M, Yoshi eggs, etc.), they were good altough they were also a bit old.
