UPDATE:The chest on this character has been a bit of a trouble spot, and I've had more than a few comments on the issue... after much consultation with the good people over on conceptart.org, I have engineered Valkyrja Breasts v2.0

Not really a character from anything, but a couple pieces of the clothes were inspired by things I've seen in City of Heroes.
Laughably oversized breasts were intentional

Actually, I do not think they are over-stated. Too often I've seen women being abnormally endowed when drawn, so much so that the chest draws all attention away from the rest of the piece. I don't get that when I look at Valkyrja.
Are they on the large side? Yes. But they're not 'in your face' out of proportion with the rest of her form that they are a distraction.
Now were the same breasts placed on one of those 'pencil-waisted, un-naturally posed females, then yes they would be too large.
I see this as a perfect balance.
