When Paola contacted BWTC to reach out for help with training in MMA, Brunae could immediately spot her potential and invited her over to Sweden. In the absence of Dawn , she oriented her towards the next best thing when it comes to submissions, grapples and holds: Freja.

The instructions were clear: build a personalised training routine for Paola to gain in strength and technique. However, perhaps to the Italian's dismay, Freja decided to put her through her own personal routine. After all, Miss Armani seemed pretty strong and physical already, surely she could handle that despite their obvious size difference...

... Right?
