Hey there, since you posted this to a critique group I thought I might try and rustle up a critique for you. Feel free to ignore me though.
You did actually did rather well with this, your basic construction is strong and you handled the cheekbones well ( they're one of the most common problems I see when people draw heads/portraits). There are one or two problems but all you really need to do is work on subtlety and that will ( of course) come in time. As for problems, the one I feel you should work the most on is your use of lines. You are still relying on them to separate part of the head ( the ears from the jaw and face, the jaw from the neck, the lips from the face ) what really separates these various pieces are the shading applied to them. The lips, for instance. Rather than separating them with a line, lay a flat tone atop them and then shade appropriately. As for the jaw line, this is once again separated by shading because we should actually see the underside a little more. In short, replace as many lines as possible with shading. A lot like what you did with the nose.
Alright we're half done. I'm going to give you some pointers on slightly more advanced construction. First your neck is a little large, typically I see the neck reaching no further than the inside corner of the jaw ( at least for women). Next, the two halves of your jaw are slightly imbalanced, a quick rule of thumb to follow is that the inside corner of the jaw will aline with the bottom of the bottom lip, that or halfway between the chin and the nose. Okay last thing. Your left eye is placed a little too far left, in general construction there should be a full eye's length between the side of the head and the outside corner of the eye.
Whelp, that's all I got for you. I hope this helps.
Fare thee well.

Thank you, it is always good to receive critiques. How else does one improve?
I agree with you on the lines and see exactly what you mean about the neck if you are referring to the left side. This definitely could do with some refinement and better definition of what was supposed to be hair.
I've included the link below for the reference image I was using
