O_O it does look very cold, especially since the girl has blueish tint to her already pale skin making it look frozen *shiver* that would suck. ANYWAY this is awesome, i love the girl she's very pretty, and the whole photo in general is really beautiful! Great job! :]

I like the use of the blue hued colors. The expression on the girl's face evokes the 'lonely' feeling rather than the 'this is an ice princess' feel. Also, the bits of falling snow are a nice touch. Even though I wouldn't use it, I sort of like the umbrella. If I were you, I would try another picture without the umbrella but the same cold theme. Or, if you wanted to keep the umbrella, maybe change the outfit she's wearing.
Overall rating: I like it a lot. You have a great sense of style and a unique artistic touch. Keep up the good work. : ]

I love how you composed this one its wonderful, simply wonderful, but i feel like its a bit too gray, wish it was just a bit blueish, but nice work
