Description
A commission for my friend, who loves Beauty and the Beast
I did it with colored pencils but i fixed on photoshop...and I have to say that the photoshoped one is much better! it's totally diferent from the original xD
I also added some 'pixie dust' (from here [link] ) on Belle's costume.
