Maybe my eyes played tricks on me but it looked as if the thigh clipped into the boot when she is crouching.

Ah in the video ? actually that will happen no matter what you do, the boots will simply go inside thighs because games are not advanced enough that they will actually press thigh like real life. It happens with her official outfits too, her calf goes inside thigh but since it's all black stocking it's not that visible.

Indeed bro, the only downside in doing physics is the fact that you have to redo everything including the hair which take a lot of time and effort, we need to find a way to combine new and existing physics
