These fangs are located on the roof and bottom of his maw, similar to that of a mosasaur. With both rows being controlled by powerful muscles, these fangs are the real danger of his bite. The outer teeth-like protrusions of his jaw are meant to pierce and grip prey, holding it in place for the second set. The inner fangs crush bone and tear flesh with ease once the muscles put them in action. You certainly don’t want to get bitten by him.

P.S. This is why he doesn’t smile too much.
