yeah i used the liquify filter to create some distortions to de model.

You can also try to use smulge tool with high pressure for small drops, sometimes it can work better than liquify. And the ordinary brush of course may help, but for more precise details.

That's nice! The source provided pretty good pose. Most of the lighting is ok, the part on the side of thigh could use some more highlights. The huge drop on the right side of butt seems to be leaning to the side which isnt right coz there is gravity. Its very noticeable on the very left drop on the knee. The bottom of the thigh turned out great, it would be good to add some smaller droplets on shoes/feet that have fallen from the knee; somehow the left knee was almost untouched. The shoes seem to be melted a lot because of the puddle around, but their form almost hasnt been changed at all which is weird. I guess, you've used liquify+smulge tools?
