Cool stuff personally I would add some more dynamic shadows on the snow since the sky looks like a sunset.

Hey I did an over paint of your image since you asked for it I'm not that good but I think I just increased the contrast in the image and a little more hue variation plus stronger shadows: imageshack.com/i/kqqfBdRrj

That's pretty damn good! I like that quite a bit! Thank you very much. I really appreciate the help. I saved the image onto my computer and will use it as reference to add more punch to my piece. I have actual paying work right now so I can get to it at the moment, but as soon as I have some free time I intend to.
