thanks man. ya its all ink. to be honest i cant remember how long it took me. i did it about 5 years ago. i know the bats was the easiest part. i just outlined them and filled it with black. i'm doing a better revised version. even though its my most popular drawing i'm not too happy with it. thanks for the support!

My first Deviant(meaning one of my two by now xD) its a Batman. The bs hero EVER for me hehe you really did an awesome job and I will be learning form drwaings like yours for my next pictures of the Super-man (real super MAN , no alien or guy with extra human powers m just will ladies and gentlemen and hard training ^-^)

I found it interesting that his shoulders aren't freakishly broad in this pic. He's almost always drawn like a really bulky guy, but in this one, not so much. Nice change of pace.

Trully, the best Comic Book character of them all, especially since he doesn't have any special powers, that's what I think makes him the best one of them all, although, yeah, you can argue that Captain America doesn't have any either... but I just think Batman's backround is so much cooler and everything you know? Lol, anyway, I think that this is amazing, I love all the shades in his costume and how you took the time to bring it out, +Fav for sure! Keep it up man!

Awesome work, there. I really admire how you gave him a slim look...all ninja like. A lot of artists give him wiiiiide shoulders and a thick torso basing their art on the ideal of "he is a superhero". Batman isn't really....he's just a regular guy in a suit when it comes down to it. So..congrats!

I am stunned. Very much love the lighting, keeps well with batman's characteristic shadow. Its so easy to just lose the detail when applying that kind of contrast, but this is superb.

You know what? The arms on this image are fine in my opinion. The shading is also quite good. However, the real glaring fault in this drawing is Batman's general structure. When drawing the male human figure in super-heroic proportions, you need to emphasize the shoulders and chest. His shoulders are too narrow, it makes the bulk of his forearms and legs seem unconvincing. Check out some fitness magazines and look at how musclebound men are built, You'll find their shoulders and chests are quite broad. I keep an issue of "Muscle and Fitness" magazine around whenever I feel the need to remind myself how superheroic males are proportioned.
Overall, your art is quite good. You just need to work a bit on those proportions.

I really like this a lot. Love the bats in the back to nice touch, more than what I would have done. lol Anyways, you do really great work, and one day you are gonna be awsome.
