Description I am excessively proud of this boy. He was a surprise gift I made for kuroya-ken <3 Because of allergies (at kuro's house, not my own) I couldn't work on him at home, and had to felt him during my lunch breaks at work. It took a while, but it was totally worth it xDD Leifur sports a pair of glass eyes, and I just love how they give him a little touch of life!!

Amazing!! I’d love to learn felting. Though, It hunk I would have a texture issue with the fibers... Though, I cannot say for sure. You did a wonderful job. I love his front right leg and hoof. Not sure why, but it makes me happy. Haha. 


I’ve seen some really awesome 2D fiber felt arts too. Just amazes me!

Thank you!! It's a lot of fun I definitely recommend you give it a try! Even if it's just one of those little kits, so you can experiment and see if you like it (I started with one of those!).
For texture, the unworked felt is soft and pleasant to work with. The fibers are long and smooth and it feels nice on your fingers. The only thing that ruins the effect is sometimes there are little bits of twigs or grass that get stuck in them and cause little knots. It's possible that could aggravate sensory issues, but as someone with autism it hasn't bothered me personally. The only thing I would recommend is staying away from the really cheap nasty wool they have available at Hobby Lobby or Michaels. That has a very nasty feel to it! The good thing is there's lots of reputable shops online that sell for needle felting, and have great wool at a less expensive price than it'd be in the big box stores xD
