I had to do it. I saw the cart horses in Bio Shock Infinite and just.. this was bornI loved the original design, so of course it had to be made into the FiM style.
I had a TON of fun making this. The reference images were a tad difficult to work from, but I think I came out with something that got the detail fairly accurate while being able to balance both inspirations.

I know the feeling, though. I don't post them, but I sketch a lot of robots and mechanical things from pop culture in real life. I always need the references to make sure they're as detailed as possible.

This was actually my first attempt at anything robotic or steam-punk related.
I adore steampunk and all that stuff, I just... the detail.
Sometimes I don't think I can tackle it myself.
This turned out a lot better than I could have expected.
So I truly appreciate the kind words.

It wasn't TOO much of a stretch, considering it was already a horse to begin with.
