I can't believe how quickly I got this done. Only 3 days!
And before you think that's not so quick, memes are like many drawings all in one so it's quite a bit of work.Anyway, this is from 's Abridged Series meme.
I'm too lazy to tag and I don't know enough people who watch Abridged Series, so I ended up Mind Crushed D:
EDIT: Some parts were too lightly colored. I darkened some parts so hopefully it looks better now.

I wish I could find episodes 8 - 14 of CaptainAwesome's pokemon abridged... his abridged series is much better than that fracking "polkamon"... but Youtube keeps taking them down! DAMN YOUTUBE.

But the jokes are really unclassy in "polkamons" As a fan of Arrested Development, and Monty Python, and the Hitchhiker's GUide to the Galaxy, I demand a little more tact in jokes!! (Yes, I can stand some potty jokes. I do love Naruto and The Daily Show, after all... but somehow Polkamons just isn't funny... )
but do you know anything about how to get those 8 - 14 episodes?
Also also, Dexter is a lot cooler in CA's abridged series.

Well, we just have different senses of humor. Maybe I just didn't give CA's abridged series enough of a chance, but after 1 episode or so, I felt like I had enough. To me the jokes either relied too much on sex or were kind of dull. I understood the jokes but the punchlines lacked punch. Meanwhile, Polkamons at least kept me interested enough to watch more. I liked seeing a character point out something that didn't make sense, or what would have been a smarter idea (like if the police were pathetic enough to not be able to control a small gang of Squirtles, couldn't they have hired some trainers to catch them?)
This doesn't mean I think either one is better than the other. I just like Polkamons more.
If Youtube doesn't have those episodes, have you tried Dailymotion, Veoh or Putfile?

And besides. CA's Abridged doesn't rely on sex jokes. Trust me-- I wouldn't like it if it did. (ONce again, I like TACT and intellect
The squirtle thing also is pretty funny in CA's abridged. I just can't remember cos' it's one of the vanished episodes...

There are sex jokes, from Pikachu's subtitles when Misty is involved ("Yeah, I'm getting some tonight."), to Team Rocket's motto ("To protect the world from masturbation..." and "Surrender now or prepare for something white.") That doesn't make it bad or take away intelligence, but there's no denying that it is used. And just because I don't like CA's series as much as Polkamons doesn't mean I don't like tact and intellect. I haven't seen Arrested Development, but I do love well-written shows like Frasier and The Twilight Zone. It's just that I prefer shows with wit AND some impact, otherwise they bore me. Instead of laughing, I'd just go, "Yeah, I get it."
As frustrating as it is that youtube keeps taking things down, I'm not completely against the website. Maybe the original companies are putting pressure on youtube. Still, some people just don't seem to understand that abridged series, being parodies, are okay when it comes to fair use.

YOU SHOULD WATCH ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT. eeeeeeeee Seriously, I can watch that show 20 times, and still laugh each time at the jokes (plus find something new) Trust me, Arrested Development is VERY well written. I have been curious about Arrested Development for quite a while. But I hardly watch TV anymore. The most I've ever heard from was that clip from Twilight with the sound from an episode. I think it was called "Edward's Diamond Cream." It was hilarious just how well it fit! Got any suggestions for a good episode to watch first?

(Arrested Development is not on TV any more-- it was cancelled in 2006. That's why all its fans (like me!) are pissed and want a movie in order to overcome the foolishness that is Fox. Fox cancels good shows just cos' of the lack of views. BUT ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT HAS A LOT OF FANS. WTF?)
Was someone parodying Twilight with Arrested Development? Cos' I recognize the diamond cream... it belonged to Lindsey, but her probably actually gay husband Tobias took it in order to follow her around...

The Pilot! You should watch the pilot first! Arrested Development may be a sitcom, but it's one of those shows you should watch in order the first time around, then out of order the second time around.

(or in America, they have episodes on their websites which are absolutely free!! But they change them out every week, so you can't watch all the episodes

Um... hi. Kinda new here •___•. I just wanted to say that I love Yu-Gi-Oh abridged ≥_≤! I went to this art camp with a friend of mine who had the entire abridged movie on her ipod. By the end of the week we had seen it about 50 times and I bet half the camp was quoting it... even if they hadn't seen it -^_^-! I'll need to check out some of these other abridged series (I am writing them all on a sticky note for future viewing).
Also, I can strongly relate to all the geeking out shown in this meme.

An abridged series is a parody of a popular show. They're in the form of videos using visuals and clips from the show, but with the creators (and some amateur voice actors) providing the new audio.

Yeah, it's because of SMA that I started to look at Sailor Moon (the Japanese version). I didn't like that horrible dub.
