Strong arms around me,
A firm hand wrapped in mine,
Warm lips meeting my mouth
But you're nowhere to be found.
And there he is
Smiling that sly, sexy grin,
Winking those sparkling eyes,
Daring me to have some fun
While you're not around.
I'm torn and deafened by
A heart that cries out for you,
Hormones that scream for his instant gratification,
Friends who assure me,
"Your true love will never know."
Until calm, quiet sanity settles in to
Help me resist temptation,
Blind me to his charms,
Keep me faithful to
The man I truly need and love.

i love the form here, even though the grains are there (sort of adds to it in a way). the message is apparent, but what else brought about those words being placed there? & tto the above commenter - "give this a score"? it still came out wrong
