Description Part 3

OK so I couldnt resist pastels being added

6h Lumograph pencil and white pastel on Fisher400 23x30cm, plus colour blender size three to create hatching.

Thought I would try using a pencil on my fav Fisher400 pastel board, it works really well on the rough surface. The strokes have to be extremely delicate because of the surface.

I like the above but a little less than the sketch 2nd. I think that white removes too texture paper and thereby gives a little less depth to the drawing.

I fave this one for sure but wouldn't have faved the 2nd

Thank you so much Pauline. Its been so far an interesting excercise.
Nice to see what pencils do on the Fisher400 and also what are peoples fav type of portraits.

I think I may leave it and put it down to an interesting test of pencils on Fisher400, but then I may prob continue maybe one more.
But interesting to see what people like in regards to the three images
