Description I love how derpy these two are. :3
Just a dumb little sketch that I had that I really wanted to finish. And might I say how much I love 30's/40's fashion. No real story behind this other than Aki knows how to ballroom dance well.

Hahahaha. They were friends since childhood, but Aki became one of the few people in the world to escape the Friend Zone to become a couple. ( And I am not going to touch on how they started dating in the comic. )Β

I really like the colors and posing here, the only really noticeable things I would change are the proportions on Lauren's head, even at that angel I don't think it should be that flat, and Aki's eyes look a little uneven. Beyond that this is a beautiful piece that expresses its emotions really well.

She knows how to swing dance/jitterbug/ any "modern" dance of the period. Aki does too, but he also knows how to ballroom dance, Lauren....not so much.
