Title unknown currently, ideas?

Hey guys, I’ve been thinking, and I really want to make a astro boy comic or fan book of sorts. I might get off my lazy butt and draw it if I deem it interesting enough. This was an idea that came into my head.
Humans hate AI robots. There’s been a group of rogue AI robot committing gruesome crimes all over the world. The humans, scared that the robots are rebelling or will rebel and join the rogues, opt to destroy all AI robots. Officials deem this to risky to humanity though, since AI robots have become essential to sustaining society. So instead of destroying them, they bring them into a facility where there souls will practically be sucked out. This way, the robots can be controlled and used for the benefit of humans, but they can’t go rogue. After the agreement, officials send out agents to go around the world kidnapping the robots and bring them to the jail like facility. Once there, the robots get drained of there power and the start going through the process of getting there souls removed. The story revolves around Astro and a group of robot friends coughmegamanatlasboycough trying to escape, clear their names, and help the other robots.
That’s pretty much all I have for now, It’ll be a crossover fanbook with other robots from other series’ and Astro as the main character c:
