These widdle guys and gals are tamed friendly pet/buddy bubbles which don't gobble people up all willy nilly. They like to change shape to entertain those they love and they like assisting as well by carrying things, people, maybe you were injected with poison? They can sense this! The widdle affection and treat seekers will painlessly suck poison from the afflicted's body and dispose of it somewhere where its not going to hurt anyone else. They may not provide warmth (unless you put some source of heat in them) but they sure do like cuddles.
