Description
If it is possible to make a Sub-Zero MKI "test your might" SNES sprite, then I thought I can make an arcade MK sprite. This was not my thinking back in April of 2009. However, after a year and 3.5 months later, I completed the UMK3 Scorpion "Vs" sprite, I decided to look at the MK3 Arcade sprites. I had always heard that the MK3 Arcade sprites were less developed than the MKII or even MKI Arcade sprites, with less pixel count and more or less colors.
