Another drawing of Anakin Skywalker (at this point Darth Vader, I guess) from that epic duel at the end of 'Revenge of the Sith'...first in a long while actually. I had fun with this one. I made the eyes and hair a lot more wild and evilish than the reference pic (found on desiringhayden.net btw. great screenshots from the movie
) and I think the end result looks satisfying. ^^Took me...12 hours or so, maybe more, since I decided to scrap the original outline and restart it. I used H, B, HB, 2B, 3B, 4B, and 6B pencils on this. Enjoy.

Yes, this are really vader's eyes!! Thats one of the most impressive parts of him i love. But i also loved sebastian shaw as vader/anakin. He had a really great face and so emotional, beutiful eyes... His eyes always show whats inside his heart

I read the comments above, and I agree with you about "drawing what you see:" sometimes, with a photo reference, there just isn't the detail to replicate--on those occasions I'll go ahead and allow myself the artistic freedom to brush in the hairs on the brows, even if they aren't quite accurate. Just a suggestion--it often works for me!
I just watched ROTS again the other night, and was yet again blown over by the fury of this duel, with all Vader's hatred and rage--you've captured it so well here: the deeply shadowed Sithly gaze, the hair flying about on the searing wind, his deadly intentions toward his old Master... Great job evoking the emotion and atmosphere, particularly in graphite. Very nice job!

You have to stop making all your eyebrows a bunch of scribbles, and it looks like you got lazy when it came to the hair on the left side.

no, eyebrows are composed of hair, if you look in the mirror you can see many individual hairs It is just the low resolution of the picture that makes it look that way.

I guess. The ref also just has it as mostly black/really dark brown anyways. I'm just drawing what I see, but adding what I can to make it look cool
