Description I've wanted to draw something like this for ages but I only figured out how today :3 It's inspired by 's art :3

EDIT: Oh btw this is semi-transparent so if you paste it over something in PowerPoint or Photoshop it looks like a balloon in front of that thing :3 Feel free to use it for that :3
