In most fractal softare it's easy to zoom. See my journal [link] The most nice "Deep zoom" software however is fractal eXtreme , wich however not is a freeware..

I am also just beginning to learn UF - how would you rate UF?
just wondering...

UF is my main software My friend has, inspired of me, written wonderful formulas for higher parameter spaces You are welcome to run my UF parameter files, attached under most of my deviations, if you feel for it See my journal How to draw the fractals from my parameter texts?

OMG...
you are so generous with your stuff!! I already downloaded the .zip file from a previous message/link you sent me to...
I can't wait to get started with them...
I will surely send link when I post (please don't hold your breath, as I am SO new to UF & it takes me lomger than some to learn to my satisfaction!!)...

That's cause I feel a need to share the journey(s) to the actual motive(s). I've recognized that i have a quite different way to use UF than the fractal artists (see my journal [link] ). I seldom use any filters, and layering only for displaying mathematically related sets

I think you will not have any probs with UF, since you already grasped the basics of fractals and have posted some wonderful classic fractals
