So this idea was originally something that I saw on steam. cloud-4.steampowered.com/ugc/5… is the original that I took the idea from. I liked the pixel art style, and there is a free website that you can use to do your own pixel art makepixelart.com/free/ . The original does The Vault Dweller from the original Fallout and there isn't much of a background, but on mine, I focused more on adding a nice background and also doing the vault boy instead of The Vault Dweller. I plan on doing more pixel art things in the future now that I know about this easy-to-use resource.
