You commented twice asking about the fire on two separate emotes, so to make it easier I'll just bunch it into this one comment for you.
On both occasions they're done by zooming in in Photoshop/Imageready and built up using pixel art. Depending on the variation in your flames, it can be done with a combination of slightly different flame frames (
So, with 4-5 frames of flames, you can mix and match them (since they'll be changing on every frame) to make it look like there's more changes than one would think.

I had to fave this emoticon--of all I've seen, of the ones not in the master list thingy, this is one that I like that isn't on there and should be.
The speed is right, I think, and it's good that the flame dances for a bit; the pyro in me likes seeing the flames.

yeah i wasn't very sure about the speed...the bit that is bugging me is his hand movements creating the flame...like his hand changes shape a bit...and when i see it like this its hard for me to notice...but looking at the rest of it i think the speed is down pat

Ack! I never saw this on in my watch... luckly I found this when I was doing my daily emote browsing, first off Top notch! I think the speeds good, you hit the emote off good. second, the animation is very clever and shows the emotion (aka fire-magic) well, oh and that smoke afterwards was a good post effect. Good work tom!
