Despite her parent's best efforts, Tyra's still kind of a brat, used to getting her way with just about everything. She's crude and is quick to make fun of others, which means alot of people find her detestable. If the tables turn Tyra's quick to make her temper known and loudly complain. Actually, she's loud in general, which draws alot of unnecessary attention. She's very nosy about other's business, especially their personal lives. On the flip side, she tends to be wary when others ask about her own, which she's likely to deflect or brush off.

For all her pronounced negatives, she does care. The few who do stick around know her as being a reliable friend who'd come pick you up at 2am if you called. Her teasing doesn't come from any real malice, it's just meant as friendly jabbing. As such, despite her temper when done to her, she's quick to get over it. She hates when others pick on weak people who can't or won't defend themselves, stepping in herself. Doesn't matter if she's outnumbered and has no chance to win, sometimes all you need to make the other back off is to stand up to them. This tends to get her in trouble more often than not, but she'd rather have a bruise than knowing that when it mattered, she didn't take action.
In spite of all her complaining she is good at identifying and fixing problems, more so when it involves someone other than her. She actually gets quite frustrated when people will avoid addressing their issues, as problems don't tend to just go away.

Tyra loves a good challange, and as such she excells the most when she's competing with others. It doesn't matter what it's about, all that matters is that she comes out on top. Despite wanting to project otherwise she's very emotional, most of which comes out as irritation and anger.

Backstory

Born to a young pair, Tyra grew up as an only child where she had all of her parent’s attention. They would always try to keep her happy, which as any kid, she took full advantage of. Outside kindergarten, she spent a lot of time with her father who had a deep love for music, which transferred over to her. Trouble started arising as she got older and her spoiler nature would have her clash with her schoolmates, which the teachers were very vocal and frequent to remind the parents of. Realising perhaps they were going about it wrong, her parents tried to be stricter. This naturally didn’t go well, as she went from being able to do whatever she wanted whenever she wanted, to having to adhere to specific behaviours and maybe she’d get what she wanted after.

Desperate to try and rein her in somehow, her father started to bring her to his job where he worked as a mechanic. New environments still spooked her, which made her easier to handle. She’d sometimes assist him by fetching him a specific tool or bring him some water, but for the most part she’d just observe as he tinkered with various parts of cars. Of course she wanted to know what he was doing and why, so the sound of his voice filling the shop as he worked became a natural part of the place. And if he didn’t have time, she’d sure go bother someone else with asking what they were up to.

Soon enough she was there every day of every week, excited to see what new things they were working on that day. After a while, he didn’t even need to ask her what to bring before she had already fetched all the required tools he’d need.

As a bonus, all the things she learned while with her dad also made for excellent chatter at school. Well, mostly with the boys, who were actually impressed about all the cool things she got to see and do. They however also weren’t quite into all the things she was interested in, so she soon enough learned how to bounce between the girls and boys to fulfil all her needs. The boys were silly with a lot of dumb ideas, but their risky behaviour often lead to a lot more fun and excitement than she had with the girls. They however were a lot easier to talk to about issues, or just go out to shop and make each other pretty.

After she was done with high school, she went on to try and get some more certifications before she’d settle as a mechanic, but something was off. The spark that had initially drawn her in was gone, which made the courses more of a nuisance. Her mind kept wandering to a colleague of her fathers’ she’d occasionally spot in the shop who, at first, was completely ignored by her. But as she grew, she became more curious of the work he did, cutting away bad or rusted pieces to replace them with new ones.

In a snap she decided she’d study to become a Welder instead, much to the surprise of just about everyone. She was completely engrossed with it, spending hours upon hours practicing with the various tools to perfect her skills. Wary at first, but happy their daughter found her passion once more, they bought her the tools and materials she’d need so she could practice at home.

After becoming certified she’d take various jobs, sometimes that had her travelling, sometimes stationary. She was however never gone for any real prolonged period, which her parents began to worry would affect her negatively. With them always around, what would become of her once they’re no longer there?

So, they decided it was time for her to moveout and set to live on her own. This of course was met with fury on Tyra’s part. But they weren’t budging, so, she started looking. Somewhere far away, since they didn’t seem to want to see their daughter anymore. Hmph!

The Lera region had alot of various jobs, and the pokemon professor there was even willing to provide housing to people who were moving in from elsewhere to help them settle.

He was given to Tyra as a 6th Birthday present and they've been a tight unit ever since. Magne is cautious, with a logical approach to situations. He early on took on the duty to act as her guardian, as her impulsive nature would often lead her to trouble. He isn't above manipulation if he thinks it's in her best interest.

As alot of kids, she had a period of desiring to be a pokemon trainer, while he saw it as just a way to prepare him to protect her from future dangers, which was beneficial. It was a brief fancy, but the lessons he got from first-hand experiences were useful.

In Tyra's mid teens she was in severe danger and Magne was lacking in power to protect her, which triggered his evolution. It took them both a while to get used to his new form, as it was larger and clunkier to navigate around. Tyra still doesn't seem entirely accepting, as she will often address only his 'main' body as opposed to all parts of him.
He's indifferent to it. As all things before, it will pass.

- back home she has a motorcycle she got as soon as she could get her license, but sadly couldn't take it to Lera. She's looking into buying one here eventually
