We can be grateful to Japanese fandom; Raditz is a very popular guy at there. There are many "Goku and Raditz share a brotherly bound" stories, doujinshi and pics... pretty much alike it happens with movie Loki in western fandom.

Writters took note of that and there is that "what if?" videogame, and perhaps something else.

Still, I really hope daddy-Tori would have done something about our long haired saiyan.
