Description

My original group of protagonists.

Bobby

Bobby was a 24 year human, had a positive personality, and always willing to help those in need. What Bobby lacked in actual superpowers, he made up for in physical skills and combat during his time as a hero in a group called The Elitists. Bobby left that group for personal reasons, but soon after, he was a victim of a field test called Project Ascension conducted by a Scientist named Doctor Erl. The gas bombs set off by the Doctor Erl let loose mystical smoke clouds, and those caught in the clouds were transformed into "Converts". Bobby was transformed into a large beast-like being, and was later labeled as a Daimon(not to be confused with Demon). Although his physical appearance changed, Bobby is still willing to help those in need. Most of the friends he had when he was human, are no longer associate with him after her became a Daimon. Because of his experience with the Elitist hero crew, Bobby decided to form his own group called the Meddlers. As a Daimon, Bobby's physical prowess increased tenfold, his natural instincts heightened, and gained access to Aura(or Ki) manipulation.

Momoka

Momoka is a 22 year old young witch woman from the East. She is a descendant of Momiji, a powerful witch, but unlike her ruthless ancestor, Momoka is cheerful and often makes friends with the most unlikely of people and creatures alike. She has a pet white fox she named Myobu. Momoka was a huge fan of The Elitists, specifically a fan of the "side-kick", Bobby. Momoka moved to the West to open her own clothing store and by chance, she ran into her idol, Bobby, after he was transformed into a Daimon. Despite his transformation, Momoka still acted like a fan girl around Bobby. She eagerly became a member of his Meddlers team, and overtime became Bobby's girlfriend as well. Due to her ancestry to Momiji, Momoka is a sorceress, and uses an ornate looking magic fan to cast spells.

Khan

Khan is a Tengu, about 8 centuries old(looks to be in his 40s to humans), has a stern personality and usually prefers solitude. Khan originally protected the high mountains in the East with his fellow Tengu, one of the strongest of them all, but decided to become a nomad and learned to live among humans for a time. He usually disguised himself as a human to blend in, but now in the modern age, he no longer felt the need to hide his appearance, especially after the events of Project Ascension. One fateful day, Khan observed Bobby fighting off other humans that transformed into monsters, and was intrigued that he fought without using all his strength and ending his foes. Khan soon after decided to join the Meddlers crew, and even teaching Bobby how to properly utilize his Ki(Aura).

Edzard

Edzard is a 22 year old human genius that studied various subjects, but is more fascinated with mythical beings, places, and objects thanks to his grandfather who raised him. He worked for Doctor Erl, who not only funded his expedition to prove the mythical theories were real, but partook in studying his findings as well. Unfortunately Edzard did not realize that Doctor Erl was using his studies to set off Project Ascension. Edzard felt responsible for not realizing his employer's plans, and sought to fix his mistake. He disliked those that used their new forms and powers to harm the innocent, and did his best to help those that were victimized for becoming Converts. He managed to track down one notable victim, Bobby, and Edzard was also a bit of a fan of Bobby when he was part of the Elitists. Edzard was recruited to join the Meddlers for his vast knowledge on mythical beings, and acts as the head researcher of the team.

Nichol

Nichol is a 27 year old human woman, super smart and loves creating various tech and gadgets. She created her own company brand called A.C.T(Advanced Creative Technology). A.C.T came under fire when word got out that Doctor Erl used her tech she had sold to him to create the gas bombs that transformed many people into Converts. Nichol's brand was liquidated, and she was advised to lay low and hope it blows over, but Nichol decided to do the very opposite and help those victimized for looking like monsters, and even help detain those that abuse their newfound powers with her own personal tech. She became a member of the Meddlers, and now makes gadgets and weapons for them.

Alpha & Beta

Alpha and Beta are androids created by Nichol. Alpha was modeled after Nichol's deceased brother Nick, and Beta is modeled after Nichol's younger self. The android twins help assist Nichol in various tasks and were originally the Poster-Children for A.C.T. The twins may look and act like children, but they were given various weapon installments by Nichol after the events of Project Ascension. They're both valued Members of the Meddlers crew.

Bora is a 19 year old Dokkaebi(Korean Goblinoid). The Dokkaebi are shape shifters(or changelings), and her family have survived by adapting into human society. Bora is soft spoken, and a bit insecure about herself. After the events of Project Ascension, Bora revealed her true self to her friends, but by doing so, most of them reveal that they were not fond of being friends with a Monster. All except for one childhood friend, Edzard, who was excited that Bora was one of the mythical races he read about from various books. Bora joined the Meddlers crew due to her shape shifting power, in addition she only joined because she has feelings for Edzard.
