"Madame-Makeover"To describe what's going on in this picture, Starfire wanted to impress Robin with a new hair'do, and she asks Madame if she could do it.
MadameAppear: Trust me star, with this 'do, you'll have Robin eating from the palm of your hand.
Starfire: that is wondrous news! but you know it is a boy i'm talking about? not an earth bird.
Starfire always take things so seriously, Madame didn't mean you'll be having birds eating from the palm of your hand, she meant
Robin will be wrapped around your finger, and don't take that literally either, you can't wrap a man around a tiny fing- y'know what?
I'm over explaining things now.
