I wanted to get in shape, not that I was chubby....okay I got a little chubby, I went from 98 pounds to 120 in less then two weeks because I was going through some stuff, and I decided, it was time to get off of my ass, and work out. So I did. Within three weeks I was back, but I had muscles and abs forming and when the doctor said I couldn't touch my toes, I DID! So fuck anyone who says you can't do something, it's only going to make you want to prove them wrong. I did, and I have rods in my back...what's your excuse?Related content

Thank you very much! I was just sick and tired of people telling me I couldn't do things the way I used to, so I decided, yes I can. And proved it to them. I'm still working on it, and it's quite the effort to put forth, but I'm getting to where I want to be, and what I want to look like! Thank you very much!

your very welcome. Yea don't let people try to make you do things they want you to do. Follow your paths and trust me they will bring you alot of happiness and joy. You make your rules and destiny and never fear anything.Try everything. your life isn't short maybe everyone elses but yours is going to be a very happy long life. i live this way and things have been better for me by controlling my happiness. I grew an extra inch and half, I went from 5'3 and a half before, and then after I had x-rays I was told I am now 5'5 because I'm stretching out myself! That and I'm reaching the end of my growth.

EXACTLY! It gets so ANNOYING when doctors tell me NO you CAN'T or you can but won't be able to fully do that, so I changed gears and BOOM! He was shocked!
