I said to myself I could try animating in Gimp....the simple TRY made me working on it for two hours. But I am surprised how it looks like XD
Sorry it's just b&w but Gimp doesn't have PS features like double Layer animation at once. ^^"
It should have been horse character Sting but then it become something random probably.
So just a random horse animated sayin "Blah blah blah..."

Horse Age was previously planned as animated comic series for Youtube but after counting it would be very complicated and time consuming to do it in free time. So it remained as comic.
But few small animated gifs could be a thing

It bears a rather large resemblance, at least i think so, to Kuzco's talking animation as a llama. I think you did a great job

No já bych to taky chtěla umět, proto jsem zkusila, jestli to ještě umím a jestli se to zlepšilo ^^
Já jsem sama překvapená, jak mi to vyšlo takhle fajn, nečekala jsem to. Pro to jistě není, ale děkuji za kompliment .^^.

didn't know you could animate within Gimp or PS! Thought you needed a separate software for that.

Yeah, I didn't know that too ^^ in PS there is a function you can draw frame by frame animation and what more, you can make separated layers for lines, colors anim., shading anim. etc, it is really neat to me. And you can look at the whole animation, edit things over and over... but PS is not free. So I found that in Gimp there is a tool called Animation. And it is a separated panel where you can "play" all layers. So it means when you have 15 layers it plays from bottom one to the top one. That means you can't have separated layers for colors and shading. Everything needs to be in one layer-one frame. You can draw it on separate layers and then put it together into one layer. But that means you can't play/see it how the animation looks like (if it works) until you draw it all. And that was kinda hard nut to crack even in the b&w animation like this. But of course it was easier than with coloring. So... at least this because my animation program is mainly for vector animations which imo takes "life" away from characters when you are not too good at it.

I am trying to learn harder as I see how many people are able to do such lovely animations. I wanted to try if I am able to make frame by frame more than flat animation ^^ It was nice to see it looks actually good to me. I didn't expect that.
