Hm, out of all the pics you uploaded recently, this has to be my favourite one.
In general, though, you'll want to look at how the body deforms when it does certain actions - you seem to have a little trouble with that. Plus, you need a bit of work on facial positioning and detail.
Still, a major improvement over the last stuff I saw from you. Keep it up!
