oh my goduh.I AM CRYING I LOVE EEVEE AND ALL OF HER EEVEELUTIONS.
So, The Sylveon customs where originally made by xSilverlight , all I did was recolor them (:
I am the happiest person ever right now.
I made the eyes, and I awkwardly animated her. (I need to work on my GIF skills)

I know she is meant to be based on a Pokemon, but she reminds me a little of Chibi Usagi. I love her, though and that was meant as a compliment.
