Description "Let's all hope to become something someday!"

Between the anatomical tangles lies hope! Or something! Haha!

This picture includes every main character (except one) from my story River Winding. From bottom to top, left to right: Mihuo, Limburg, Rikki, Shio, Indigo, Hachi, Daimyai, Itsumomo, and Mitoko.

Small Summary:
Itsumomo is an immortal searching for some salvation from his monotonous and detached life. After meeting small, sweet Mitoko and breaking ways with the great demon Mihuo, he meets others who decide to join him in his journey for drastically different reasons--! Beautiful Indigo is overjoyed to reunite with her long-time friend...but gray-haired Hatchi has seemingly impossible orders from his country to retrieve Itsumomo or kill him on the spot! As the four journey together they learn new qualities about one another and that, although they have been through so much in the past, now is the time for them to define who they want to be for the rest of their lives.

Rumor is that one way to a cure for immortality lies in the hands of the morally-corrupt scientist Limburg, but with Mihuo now on his side it doesn't seem as though he has any desire to comply with reason!

Well, this was loads of fun to create, but I won't deny that its also likely the most taxing anime-style picture I've ever drawn! XD;; I wouldn't have finished this if I didn't care so much about this series. The lineart was drawn about this time last year, so naturally some changes in character designs have been made since! I never thought it would happen! Limburg's Hair is wavy now (as seen in Scientist and Demon), and Mitoko's outfit has changed entirely! Goodness!

My friends pointed out to me how much it would suck to be at the base of this! That's a lot of weight! Good thing Mihuo isn't a baby.

I hope you enjoy! Thank you so much for looking! :')
Requests are up next!

EDIT: Fullview for a non-fuzzy image, okay?? ;u;
Also, feedback is always adored and well-received, c:

This is great, I love it!
I always find it difficult to draw groups, maybe that's why I like this so much.
Your work's wonderful in any case

I really like this, I have a question though: how do you get the background of the piece to match the dA grey?

Hi! Thank you! I'm so happy that you like it.

If I remember right, the best way to do it is eliminate the background from your picture (so that you see a tiled background) and then safe it as a gif. I don't think I know a better way to explain it, but I hope that helps! You can probably find a tutorial of it on google or here on DA even! :')

Another thing you could do, would be to print screen a deviation page and paste it in photoshop, then use the eye dropper tool to obtain the colour, and fill that into your background, then you could carry on saving it as a jpg. The background should then match DA's background! I hope I could be of a little help to you!

This looks ridiculously great. All of your characters are really well done. Itsumomo looks so adorable! I really like the overall perspective of it all, especially Mihuo's hand sticking out. Like I said on your last picture, I can't wait to see more of your original stuff! This clearly took a lot of work and effort, and it turned out wonderfully. :]

I am once again astounded by your talent. To see this picture finally done is amazing. I know the journey it's taken (anatomical problems, asparagus blood, ghosts, and all XD) and it's incredible to see its final form. You deserve so much praise for this. From its conception, it's really been one of my favorite pieces of anime work that I've ever seen. I'm so glad to see it in all of its glory. You, miss, are an artistic and creative giant and I am so very blessed to know you.
