I love the proportions, very pre-war or even contemporary Japanese. It's endlessly frustrating how McMansions have dominated North America. I wish more houses were like this.
Looks like you have a bit more ornamentation in the sketches as opposed to the 3D models.

Yeah it's difficult to model ornate metalwork and carved stone, or anything curvilinear. Just takes too much time. There are ways to cheat it, but I'm not that sophisticated with the 3D models.

Gettin' better hopefully, but not all the way there. Need custom textures and especially important, custom lines/line-weight differential if possible. Not sure how to do yet. Also want background to fade into "paper color" tan paper. Don't want perfect photo realism, but DO want them to look like drawings a bit.

Well one quick way is to just step up the Profile setting under Styles. Here is your House-302 model with the Profile set up to "2".

In the previous pic I used several images from SU and combined them in SU as different layers.
1st I exported a pure color layer with shadows:

I then exported an image (do not change camera setting or view) of line work. I set the line work to sketchy style:

I opened the color image in PhotoShop and set a new layer behind it. I erased the white on the color layer so it would be transparent. On the new layer I added a blue to white gradient to help represent a sky background:

I then bring in the line work on a new layer on top of the others:

I then pick a nice textured brush and select the eraser tool. I set the opacity and pressure down a bit, to get a washed look. I then just start erasing the white to reveal the color. If you hold down the button and just make 1 pass you will be able to make another pass and reveal a bit more color for certain areas, if needed.

It's an old SU-PS trick but it works very well.

I'm having trouble finding any menus or options under styles. I've looked before, don't see any. Which version are you on? Take me from the top, you go to the style menus, I see stuff on textures, faces, etc, but no way to control or set the line. Actually, I would be happy with a solid line if I could get the point at intersection outta there. Might want to eliminate or change the background too, especially when I export as a graphic.
My latest result looks this, I re-do of an older file and plan with combo of real drawings and 3D graphics, all mellowed out to gray tones, tan, earthy yellowish or light brown, neutral but showing shape, mass, shadows, gives away very little of actual dimensions to potential "borrowers" of plan ideas but maximizes emotional content and allows viewer to really get a feel for the whole house and special features on a single page. Makes a nice printed page too for my long-term book(s) project (I think you wanted one? he he) ...

GOT IT!!!! Finally, I'm so excited! That's the only place you can find the style menu, on the windows button at the top. I was able to immediately get the intersection points off, and truly, I'm pretty satisfied otherwise. Another big differencs is toning out the model with "mellow" grass color and other earth tones, grays, then, export as 2D graphic, then tweak color and add light parchment paper background, looks beautiful, approaches quality of old drawings. My brick work details are getting better too, especially after turning the brick pattern 90 degrees to get soldier courses over windows. One step at a time. Thanks buddy!
Going up to North Carolina to taste wines this afternoon.

Yes, not too far from there. The guy and his wife pass out pizza slices all day 12-6 during tasting rm hours on Sunday. They bake the pizza in stone ovens right outside. Also, complimentary bread and olive oil, popcorn, other tidbits. Wine was good too.
