I did this a whiiile ago! AUs were popping up like carzy back than, everyone had one, so I decided to make one of my own. I dumped the idea, but I couldn't resist drawing new outfits for beloved characters.The AU was going to call it either DreamTale or Dreemurrtale. The idea was that dreams are created and operated by monsters in other dimansion. Now, about the outfits. White and cyan colors resamble good dreams, black and purple - nightmares.

The boss monsters are the main ones. Their last names imply dreams)) Toriel is responsible for dreams of the past, as she locks herself alone in ruins, mourning for children, killed in the past. Her autfit is mostly white, buth the cape is black-purple, because remembering past is hard, yet nice. Asgore is responsible for dreams of the future, as he cares for the future of monsters. His cape is cyan, because everyone sees a better future. Asriel is a Dreemurr of present, wanting to live here and now. He is a rather light figure.

Frisk and Chara are rather forces. Frisk are pure good drems, Chara - nightmares. They are never seen separate.

Sans is responsible for the plot of dreams. As he is such a lazy bone, dreams are usually absolute madness with no plot. Papy does dreams about accomplishing goals.
Undyne is all about action dreams, Mettaton - interraction with other intellectual creatures in the dreams. Alphys is responsible for dreams of love. She is pretty awkward, so dreams of love are usually weird (or is it just me? my love dreams are horrible ._.

I planned to do a comic on it. In the comic,dream Asriel would lock real Frisk in dreams, because lil dream goat misses his dream Chara and Frisk. The letter ones are forced into an infinite dance with each other to keep the balance of each others elements.
