D<But this should be Sera's new dollar, but... With a world that's 90% burnt, their only main city under water, and Locust and Lambent running around, I rather have a rifle with bullets then be the most richest man around.

The only thing id change on this great piece, is where it says "Washington, D.C." I'd change it to "Jacinto, Sera" or something, just to keep it solidly in his world lol. But like i said, its awesome either way!
