THIS IS AMAZING! seriously i've been trying to capture eric on paper for months now and i didn't think it was possible with most oft the attempts i've seen by others. but you really captured the true him and im hella jealous of your photoshop skills. -bows to you-

It's very impressive, usually I don't really like numeric painting but this one is special... maybe because I love the reference!
I'm actually drawing Eric Szmanda too, but you don't explain why do you choose him? For the photo, or the character? (sorry If I made mistakes I'm french.!)

got it in the menu items under Filter > Texture > Texturizer > Sandstone, and just messed with it till it worked out right.

we had to pick a picture to draw, and make a black and white copy of it. Then we had to tear one of them and put the pieces over the other part, and draw what we saw....mine was of the same picture, but because his jacket is already black and grey, it was hard to tell where the black and white started and where the color ended, so I added my own background, which is what is keeping me from finishing it...
