Here is my 1st ever.... commission? Trade? I don't know but it was worth it. Someone I recently met at the gym found me on Instagram (since I have more of my art there) and offered $60 for a smallish painting that's similar to another one of my paintings and here it is. It's more blended in the sky and the picture doesn't do it justice. It was really fun to do since I've been going thru some medical things and this really helped me keep my mind off it. It was also nice that this person thinks my art is worth money, most of my paintings are blah, at least, I think so and no one has ever offered to buy a painting before. This is an acrylic paint on a 11x14 canvas, and I probably put in over 30+ hours in it as I'm a slow painter and I accidentally destroyed my largest brush and I had to use a smaller one to paint the canvas black. I've tried a black canvas but I'm not a fan of the texture it gives, it just doesn't have the same feel to it if you paint it black yourself.
