Amazing capture!
I really like the lighting and how the slight darkness and shadows makes it more hidden, sheltered and mysterious overall. The framing is fantastic, especially with the ladybird in the corner, as it seems to add more emphasis to things... or rather, it increases the impact in a great way.
The depth of field isn't bad and I like the way the colours complement and contrast with each other. I do feel it's a small shame that a bit of a stalk is cutting across the frame, as it's distracting, but... I don't know. I guess it makes things more interesting overall.
Lovely stuff, anyway. There's a bit of noise as well, but it's not so bad overall.

As for the noise, I'm not very experienced with the whole editing lark, but I guess practice and a more quality camera won't hurt.
