Amazing work! Used it as an element in my piece "Semiramis" [link] - a fantasy-themed photomanipulation/collage involving 4 other works aside from your own. Your piece on its own exudes a lovely peaceful, serene, yet surreal atmosphere only enhanced by the superb lighting and lovely hues of green and blue. I regret not being able to incorporate your piece more into my composition, but it provided the exact subtle layer I needed to give my piece a sense of immersion and depth. Thank you!

Back in 1967 my parents moved to Canada where I was born, near Toronto. I now live with my husband in Nova Scotia, which is on the east coast of Canada. My mother's side of the family is very interesting. She was born in Jogjakarta, her grandmother (with a name I cant even think to remember or pronounce) was a member of the Kraton.
I never got the beautiful color of my people, but my brother did. I ended up with my father's side of the family who is from the nordic lands. Im a pale little thing, sadly.

Awww I dont look like my people at all. I wish I did, my brother is chocolate brown and would fit in so well but me? I just appear european right to the blonde hair. As a child I had a bit darker eyes and I looked more ethnic but that changed when I became a teenager. Yes my great grandmother was a princess. I wish I could find the paper that told her name, it is a VERY long Indonesian name. I always wanted to go there and look at the pictures because Im sure shes up there somewhere!

My beautiful mother died in July of 1991. She wanted so much to go back to her homeland once more but it wasn't meant to be.
