I'm hoping she'll improve. I didn't like May at first but then she later grew on me so I'm hoping the same will happen with Dawn.
(But, yes I agree huge pit dive! And her clothing makes me mad! I mean May had an un-10-year-old figure but at least it was decent clothing. But Dawn... Oi.... I mean you know it's bad if they have to add stockings for her character design for the pokemon schooling game. Link - picture is towards the bottom next to Triva. Obviously, they didn't want those young children to have that as a role model. Plus she's the character that lives furthest up north (cold) but she wears the shortest skirt? 
Oi... I need to stop. Let's just hope she improves and that the D/P/Plat saga will be over soon (although it doesn't seem like it will. I eagerly look forward to the next new region just so this saga can be over with.)

Lolyah xD I liked May as soon as I saw her though, and with Dawn, I HATED her as soon as I saw her x,x
I've seen that site xD I followed the URL that was on my bookorder and was like "LOL PANTS" ohyah, and even in platinum when it's cold, SHE'S STILL NOT WEARING ANY PANTS.
I hope the next girl isn't all.. vain =A= all Dawn ever worries about before her contests are how messed up her hair is >[
