For some reason I have this image him going around punching innocent bystanders while shouting "Your Fired!"
He just sort of looks like Donald Trump to me for some strange reason.

Yeah, they gave him grey hair in the film.
Obviously, if you have grey hair, you're evil. Maybe that's why they did it, I don't know.
Superman also had hangover stuble but I think that would have made his jaw too dark.
