I enjoyed drawing Paul McGann as the 8th Doctor that much, I knew I wanted to draw another one straight away.I love the photo reference I used for this but he did look a little miserable, so I cheered him up a bit.
The drawing took 10 hours, using 2B-6B pencils.

This is a wonderful drawing. The shading is impeccable, and the details are amazing. I like how the character is not centered, and slightly off center. It makes the image look much more natural. The shading on the jacket and the folds in the sleeves are exceptionally well done. You are a true pencil artist and I envy you your talent.

Hello me dears! Only you and one other person has noticed the off-center angle. With this one, I did go for a more photo realistic look, so I didn't change much, other than his facial expression.
Keep talking like that & you'll make me blush. I've still got a long way to go before my work Is up there with the pros. Never doubt your own talent me duck! You're drawings are just as skillful & creative as mine. Lots of drawing & lots of coffee, gets good results.
