Nobody should be responsible for another person's wellbeing. Unless in cases of ACTUAL murder and if they are care givers.
This is referring to people who try and guilt trip others because they ignored someone, weren't there for someone, broke up with someone, and in the worst case; were in drama with somebody. Just because somebody was mean to you does not give you the right to threaten them. and no, you actually can't convict someone outside of your area of cyberbullying unless they break a federal law. I have seen dozens of users claim they will see others in court and it has NEVER happened.
Too many people have tried to control me by saying they're going to kill themselves. You're actually monsters and I hope you feel bad about your actions [...aside from 2 who I can't stay mad at].
This applies to observations as well because I'm definatly not the only person this has happened to. This is a more dark opinion that I hold but if somebody online is making you want to kill yourself, then LOG.OFF.AND.SEEK.HELP !! It's not actually the cyberbullying per say that is getting to the user but underlying issues that already exist. and no, I don't believe they are overreacting, hurtful comments are still hurtful and the person making them is still an asshole. I just don't think that was the SOLE reason for a suicide and the user in question likely either rejected help or had no reliable help irl.

That being said; If somebody is harassing another person, they are SCUM and should be avoided at all costs.
This will probably seem like a respond to recent drama but actually, I made it a long time ago.

Also, I know this might come across as intimidating to some but to be clear, I don't really identify as a cyberbully. There are specific things I refuse to say and do. Majorly, I will never block evade or wish harm on other users [worst being I hope their internet dies], so you do not have to worry about that. Neither do I enjoy the company of users who do these things. and I guess that's what makes me even more confused why someone would try and say I was responsible for their life. It's actually pretty shameful I have to make this but tbh, it's something I am sick of.

and I guess one certain person really is on my mind a lot because some people just want to do and say things that completely dominate other people's psyches. Sorry, this turned more into a vent than a rant lmao.. it's still f2u, you all probably have your own experiences like this either way.
