Lol, thankies! Erm, I simply make painstrokes outwards and sued atleast two colors and then blur. It's really easy I think. I remembered it from a tutorial i read a while back when i first got SAI and this girl did it that way. xD It was my first time doing it but I think it turned out pretty awesomesauce. xD
