Uhh.... Let's say this un-lucky artist got trapped in the middle of a battle and got saved by Arbiter; and became one lucky artist. *drools* Say what you want, Arbiter is hawt, so are Elites and Hunters(throw Chief in that mix, too).Just an excuse to use my new Prismas and to draw Arbiter. :3 Note to self: Never mix a bad artist with good pencils. Yes, I used a refrence picture from DA(forgot the username, sorry!). Also, I'd rather draw an Elite over that cursed Spartan armor any day. ><

Very cute random little drawing; I think you gave Arbiter's armour certainly some justice. I haven't tried drawing it yet, but I know it certainly looks ridiculously difficult. XP
Never used Prisma colour pencils. How good are they?

Well, back when I made this picture, I hardly had any Prismacolors, so they're not utilized very well. 
Prismas might be a tad expensive but they are definitely worth the money. They're very smooth and blend awesomely together. I'd suggest testing them out before buying a large set, though. The 12 pencil set would be good just to try them out.
